What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operational Tasks & SOPs: You'll be the go-to person for performing various operational tasks and ensuring our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed to the letter. Your attention to detail will keep everything running like a well-oiled machine!
- Customer Conversations: Love a good chat? You'll be talking to our awesome customers through our support channels, helping them out, and making their experience top-notch.
- Feedback & Improvement: We’re all about getting better. You’ll gather feedback from customers and use that valuable info to suggest improvements to our processes. Your insights will help shape the future of our operations!
What We’re Looking For:
- A computer-savvy individual who loves operational tasks and SOPs - proficiency in excel is preferred highly
- A friendly communicator who enjoys connecting with customers
- Someone who is always thinking about how to improve and streamline processes
Pay Range (can go up based on your experience and skills)
Internship: 1.2 LPA +
Full-time: 2.4 - 4.2 LPA
All numbers mentioned are in-hand salaries, not CTCs
